At Joe's Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your denim doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
